PETERSBURG, September 11 A band of hooligans organised and carried out a pogrom at Kishineff. Eighty Jews were killed, and hundreds fled towards the river Pruth, with tho intention of escaping into Roumania. The Frontier Guards, however, turned many of the fugitives back. During the progress of a pogrom at Lodz, in Poland, eleven persons were killed and many wounded.
