LABOUR ASPIRATIONS

Mr Will Thorne, Labour member for West Ham South, supports the demand of tho Labour party for the introduction of a Bill restricting labour to eight hours a clay in all trade industries after January Ist. It is proposed that the penalty on employers for breach of tho Bill bo £lO to £IOO.
