Dalgetv and Co. report that at their Feiiding stork sale there was good demand for shr*-<p and iambs. There whs a fair yarding of sheep. Ltd., report on their stork sain held yesterday at Lt-vin as follows:—Only a small yarding came forward. The demand for sheep was good, especially for lambs. Prices for cattle showed an advance on lasti sale rates. We quote as follows. —’Siioop Fat owes Ids Gd, old owns Ills dd. woolly lambs lls -Id. Cattle—Forward bollocks £6 IGs, 3year steers Cl, 21-ycar steers £3 13s, weatiers Us Gd. The New Zealand Loan and ATercanti 1c Agency Company, Ltd.. report:—At Palmerston North on Thursday we had a full yarding of rattle, and a .small entry of sheep. .Bidding for cattle was somewhat erratic, but generally a good sale resulted, ami practically the whole yarding was quitted at satisfactory prices.
