Alclntyro that the club enter a team for this season's senior championship was not carried, as it was considered that thcra were insufficient players good enough for that grade. The club granted the use of its ground at Alirainar to the Wellington Ladies’ Hockey Club, with a proviso that matches bo finished before the men start play. A resolution was passed altering the colours to red and black, in halves, subject to the consent ot the Wellington Hockey Association. The secretary of the latter body was interviewed yesterday, and he intimated that the association would probably not consent to the alteration. The- old Waiwctn Club, it seems, has decided to ro-form, and red and black were its old colours. Which it will retain. Before starting practice at Alirainar this afternoon the club will therefore discuss the question of altering the colours to red, white and Imie in hoops, or cream and green in halves. Alcssrs J.
