BRITISH INDIFFERENCE DENIED

Washington, speaking at Toronto, urged tho Canadians to suspeml judgment on all questions on uliich it was alleged that British diplomacy had not done its best for Canada. He believed Canadians wore mistaken if they thought British diplomacy was indifferent to Canada, for v-hieh country Dig British people desired to secure justice.
