A CITY IN RUINS
THE BITLIS EARTHQUAKE. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 4. During the recently reported earthquake at ISitlis, in Asia Minor, twentyeight shocks were felt. Houses to tho number of three hundred collapsed, and 1900 were seriously damaged, including n mosque. Eight porsors were killed, and many were injured. A TREMOR IN VICTORIA. MELBOURNE, April 5. A slight shock of earthquake has been felt at Stawell.
