Tho Lunacy Commission appointed to inquire into the mental condition of Harry Thaw, who stands charged with tho murder of Stanford White, has submitted its report. Thaw is declared to bo sane, having shown no trace of insanity during hia incarceration. Tho jury has been excused until Monday, when the Court will deal with legal argument.
