(Received February 13, 1.9 a.m.) CAPETOWN. Pebrua,ry 12. Up to the present thirty-four progressives and twenty-seven Bond candidates have been elected to Parliament. Sir Gordon Sprigg (the Premier), Mr A. Douglass (Commissioner of Public Works) and Air J. X. Merriman (rxTreasurer) have been rejected. Dr Smartt, leader of the Progressives has been elected.
