J. and F. O. Tully. (2) The Lease for 21 years from the 20lh day of October, 1894, of the Ngawaka-a-Kupo No. S, D Block, containing 4000 acres, created by Memorandum of Lease, registered No. 3061 and granted to the linn of Messrs Tully Bros. The yearly rent reserved by mis Lease is .£6OO. (3) The Lease for 21 years from the 20th day of October, 1894, of the Nga-w«ka-a-Ivupe No. 3 A, No. 3 B and No. 3 C Blocks, containing altogether GlO9 acres 2 roods 11 perches, created by Memorandum of Lease registered No. 3099, and granted to tile firm of Messrs Tully Bros.
