SUGAR BOUNTIES.

LONDON, March 7. The terms of the Sugar Convention provide that for the last five years the surtax is to have a maximum of six francs on refined and five and a half frames on other sorts of sugar. Great Britain does not discriminate between colonial sugars and those produced by other contracting States. Ratification of the convention by the Parliaments of. Franco, Hungary and Germany is uncertain.
