ARMY ESTIMATES.
(Received February 16, 5.9 p.m.) LONDON, February 15. The Army Estimates amount to £69,310,000, providing for an ordinary army of 219,700 and a force of 200,000 on war service. [Tho Army Estimates for the current year wore £91,781,539, including £50,070,000 for tlio prosecution of tho war in South' Africa.]
