Milman, C. 8., Clerk of tho House of Commons, who retired last week, died suddenly in his sleep. . £ [Mr Milman entered tho service of tho* House of Commons in 1857, was promoted second clerk assistant in Ib/U and dork assistant in 1886. Ho was appointed clerk in 1900. Deceased was decorated for service under three Speakers.]
