RIOTS IN RUSSIA.

(Received May 25, 1.16 a.m.) DONDON. May 24. Riots have occurred in the Viborg quarter of St. Petersburg. Twenty workmen were killed, and .hundreds aid rested. Six police were killed, including an officer.

The workmen employed at the Obonskoff Naval Arsenal, when, refused higher wages and a reduction of the Hours of labour to eight, rioted. They stoned the troops, and killed several. Numerous arrests were made. Many of the rioters were either killed or injured-
