Knight, the special war oorreiprndent of the Times, has been captured by the Spaniards in Cuba. Ho was being surreptitiously landed on the coast when his boat was swamped, and he was'arrested by a party of soldiers. He is now imprisoned at Havana. [Mr Knight was the Times correspondent in the Hanza-Nagar campaign of 1891, in Matabeleland in 1893-95. in Madagascar in 1895 in the Soudan in 1896, and in Greece last year.
