PEOFESSOE PANNELL’S CLASSES. The Premier presented the prises won by Professor PannelPs pupils at the Thornaon baths on Saturday morning. In doing so be took the opportnnity of impressing upon the children the necessity of learning to swim, a knowledge of which he thought should be made compulsory.
