Thomas and Co., Finn, Chisholm and Co., F» C. Brailsford, J. Maginnifcy, McKee and Gamble, Wardell Bros., Townsend and Paul, Dwan Bros., Wrigffleaworth and Binns, T. Ballinger and Co., Philips and Pike and »v. Watson. £2 2u each ; A, G. Taine and Co., F. Grady. H.S.S., Hugh Tnglis, Mrs H. Inglis, Pr Mncgregor. Kdwnrd Beeves and Co., S. G. Martin, W. M. Muir, W. Findlay, E. W. Glesen, W. F. Shortt, J.H.S.. Gibson and E. J. Walsh, £I Is each; A. Nicol and F. Cohen. 10a 6d each; J. McLean, H. J. Walters, Jennoes and Co. and T. Sowman, 10a each ; smaller sums, 10s j total, £l2o 17s. The total amount received by the Town Clerk is £1271. The Druids* Gala Committee have contributed £lO towards the Hawke’s Bay Belief Fund.
