Note —ln all flat races, except the Highweight Handicap, the minimum weight will be 7at. All seoomd money deducted from the stakes. The Handicapper has power to re-handicap all winners alter the declaration of weights, and throughout the meeting. Acceptances close at the same place on THURSDAY, Bth April, at 7 p m. Weights for the Second Day’s handicaps will bo declared at the Empire Hotel on the night of the First Day’s races Acceptances close at tho same place at a time to be specified when the weights are posted. RULES AND "REGULATIONS. 1. Nominations and Acceptances should be accompanied by the proper fees, otherwise they may be rejected. In entering, state colour, sex, name, age, pedigree and previous performances, and colours to be worn by the riders; also quote number of race entered for. Special attention is requested to th s rule. 2. A Hack is a horse that has never won an advertised - raco at any time (Hack and Hunter races excepted) and is not nominated in any race other than Hack or Hnnter races at time of nomination. 3.
