FRIDAY, APRIL 30th,—Weights for the Second Day declared about noon, and Acceptances close the same night at 9 o’clock. . RULES AND REGULATIONS. All nominations, entries, acceptances, &c., accompanied by the necessary amount payable, close at the Olnb 'Hotel, Wellington, not later than 9 p.m. (unless stated to the contrary) on the advertised dates of closing. The Rules of Racing, as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs of New Zealand, will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes. Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. Definition op a Hack.
