On the 24th March the first batch of special area selections of suburban Crown lands was opened at Oootamunclro, Isew South Wales, Seventeen working men, mostly labourers, gamed portions as homes. The prices ranged up lo L 5, Such land ia in strong demand by the working classes. The Nubba private special areas were thrown open the same day, and several were taken, there being numerous enquiries for them. Alcock’s billiard tables, cloth, cues, and all requisites.
