(PHES3 ASSOCIATION.) LesDON, April 9. The Unionists at Grimsby have under* taken to boycott veaaOs from Hull. Tha Seamen’s Union intend to fight the Shipping Federation at every possible point.

Hull is quiet. The shipping trade at Hull is entirely suspended. All the dockers, seamen and firemen bave struck.

The Unionists attacked the hands engaged in unloading the steamers, but were repulsed by the police at the point of tho bayonet. Mr 0. H. Wilson, the member for Middlesborough, is trying to indaoo the Homo Secretary to disarm the Unionists. [Mr C. H. Wilson has represented the western division of Hull since 1871 ] The naval authorities have been at Iced to send gunboats to Hull to protect the shipping interests.

Mr Wilson, the shipowner, has declined to dismiss the nun Unionists, saying he would prefer to remove his vessels from tho po t. Mr J H. Wilson, member for Middlesborough, addressing a meeting in oonneotion with the Hull strike, seid it was a glorious ohanco to set tho seamen, dockers and miners aflame.
