DUNEDIN HARBOUR WORKS.

(per press association.) Dunedin, April 21. At a meeting of the Special Committee of the Harbour Board, it was decided to proceed with the wbrks for the improvement of the Lower Harbour by building training walls, and, to meet the coat, negotiations are to be entered on for a further charter or sale of the big dredge at present leased to the Melbourne Harbour Trust. The Government are to be approached as to her sale, with a view of keeping her in the Colony for harbour works. The cost of the work is about £IB,OOO. '
