BAD ROADS.
(FROM OT7R OWS CORRESPONDENT.) Havelock, April 14. In addition to the narrow escape of the mail coach at Alfred Creek, in the Rai Valley, on Saturday, a vehicle containing two men, a woman, and a child were delayed there three hours before they could cross. It is high time both the Brown and Alfred Creeks were bridged.
