At the sales to-day IujSOO bales were catalogued. The Peninsular and Oriental Company’s R.M.S, Rome, from Melbourne (December 30), arrived at Plymouth to-day. Sidnet, February 15. Arrived, last night—Manapouri. (Received February 15, 10,5 p.m.) Melbourne, February IS. Sailed—Wairarapa, for the Bluff. (Received February 16, 1.15 a.m.) Melbourne, February 15. The Manager of the National Mortgage ahd Agency Company of New Zealand reports as follows of the local market f—There is no material change to report id the Wheat market; if anything, prides are slightly weaker, 3s lOd to 3s lid. Malting barley is quiet, 3s 6d to 4a 3d; Now Zealand oats, feed sorts, are steady, but not in active demand, 2s lOd to 3s; New Zealand oats, quieter,' 3s to 3s Id; New Zealand oats, under bond, are slow of sale, at,from 2s Id to 2s 3d.
