HARBOR BOARD ELECTIONS.

(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, February 14.

At the Harbor Board elections the payers of harbor dues returned Captain D, H. McKenzie and Messrs C. B. Stone and Thomas Henderson; the Chamber of Commerce elected as their representative their President, Mr John Lamb; and tho City Council as their representatives the Mayor (Mr Devore), Messrs Waddell, Laroche and Phillips. Timaru, February 14. At the Harbor .Board election to-day Messrs Sutter and Jonas (the old members) and Mr Kerr (a now member) were returned for the Borough. Mr Bruce was the de. feated candidate. For the Levels Messrs Aoton and Mbrris got iu. Gisborne, February 14. ,

The poll for the Harbor Board election was declared amidst great excitement tonight. The following are the returns for the borough : Dickson, 263; Townley, 257 ; E. K. Brown, 194; E. P. Joyce, 175. Tho first two are elected. Messrs Gannon and Chambers head the poll for the country as yet, but other returns have to come in.
