(Received, February 13, 6 p.m.)

London, February 12. In the House of Commons Mr Bright, referring to the Home Rule proposals of the late Government, deplored the folly of Mr Gladstone’s action, which, he considered led to breaking up the Liberal party. The result was a conspiracy in Ireland which had been destroying landlords, and a step toward the separation of Ireland from the Mother Country.
