ST. PETERSBURG, March 10
The transmission of money through the post offices in Russian Poland lias been suspended owing to constant robberies.
The newspaper “Berzhcviza Viedomosti” publishes a long list of wholesale arrests of the intellectual class of reformers in the provinces. There are fifteen hundred prisoners at Riga.
