The. grass-seeders of the Governor’s Bay district have, thanks to four days of sunshine, nearly brought their lar hours to a close. In nearly all cases according to the “Lyttelton Times,” the crop has been disappointing, the yield being much below expectations owing to unfavourable weather and the destruction of the seed by rabbits The Wellington City Council has ro reason to complain of the quality of the mo torsion its tramcars. There are fortytwo cars, and since the tramways started only three motors have broken down.
