Mr David Zander has completed the purchase, through Mr H. E. Leighton, of Messrs H. C. Gibbons and Co.’s nursery at the Hutt, consisting of twentysix acres, with buildings. Messrs Gibbons and 00. found, as other agriculturists have found, that the price of land in the Hutt is too high for nursery purposes, and the new owner wi’l probably cut up the property for building.
