PRINCESS ENA.

CONVERSION TO THE CATHOLIC FAITH. MADRID, March 8. The Spanish Premier and the Duke of Alba witnessed the ceremony of Princess Ena’s bohriartric n to the Catholic faith and her baptism. When deeds of registration of baptism were signed a salute was fired. The Right Rev Robert Brindle, Bishop of Nottingham, officiated.

Queen Christina and King Alfonso were present at the ceremony. Pnivoess Henry of Battenberg (mother of Princess Ena and sister to King Edward) was absent. The Pope and King Alfonso sent magnificent presents. His Holiness also sent congratulations and blessing. Princess Ena took her first communion to-day.
