HER TEN COMMANDMENTS.
These are the new commandments ten, AN'inch wives now make for married men. 1— Remember that l am thy wife, Whom thou must cherish all thy life. 2 Thou shall; not stay out late at night, When lodges, friend.-;, or dubs invite. 3 Thou shall not smoko indoor or out, Or chow tobacco round about, 4 Thou slialt with praise receive my pies, Nor pastry made by mo despise. 5My mother thou shall; strivo to please, And let her live with us with ease. o—Remember0 —Remember 'tis thy duty clear, To dress me well throughout the year. 7 —Thou slialt iu manner mild and meek, Givo me thy wages every week. S—Thou slialt not he a drinking man, But live on prohibition plan, 9—Thou shalt not flirt, but must allow-, Thy wife such freedom anyhow. 10—Thou shalt get up when baby cries, And try the child to tranquilliso.
