Mr Balfour, First Lord of the Treasury, censured the indiscretion shown by tho Italian Government in printing particulars of the negotiations between Italy and England over Abyssinia in a recent Green Book, but said the Btidini Cabinet had promised to observe greater caution in future. Pome, June S. A section of the Italian Chamber of Deputies lias strongly condemned (he action of the Government in publishing confidential information in Iho Green Book. Suppressed documents affect Russia and France, and a crisis is expected.
