A Nottingham giant, Brough by name, is on exhibition. He is 23 years old, stands Bft in his socks, and measures over 47in round the chest. At the age of 12 he stood over 6ft, and working as a miner, he received man's pay. His grandfather was over 7ft in height, but his parents and brothers and sisters are of average stature.
