THE MINISTER OF LANDS.
<► Dunedin, May 15. The Star says : —We understand from the medical gentleman in attendance on the Hon. John McKenzie that the latter is not at present in a fit state to receive deputations, or to transact public business other than of a departmental character requiring his immediate attention. The probabilities are that Mr McKenzie will take much-needed rest at his home at Shag Point prior to embarking on the sessional Campaign.
