MARTINBOROUGH.

Martinborough, May 12.. The Wairarapa Hunt Club had their annual run here on Saturday last. The attendance was not so large as last year, no doubt through the weather being so bad. About a dozen followed the hounds, and although the ground was slippery, there was not one spill. The late floods, although they have done a lot of harm in one way, have done good in another, for the grass has sprung up wonderfully, aud the district i 3 better off for grass than it has been for some years at this time of the year.
