He was mulcted in costs over .£3OO, and in oi?der to pay that amount he had to dispose of his freehold property at a sacrifice. In spite of every endeavour to surmount his difficulties he had lost his all. A meeting of creditors in the estate of J. Bidmead was called for Monday morning, but no creditors attended.
