No entrj" shall be received for any race except upon the condition —that all claim.j, disputes, and objections shall bo decided by the Stewards, or whom they might appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. 2. The Stewards reserve the right to altor the day of meeting, the amount of added money, or make any addition or alteration to the Meeting at any time prior to the nominations becoming duo for such meeting, subject to the approval of the Wellington Racing Club. ~.
