ACTIONS FOR DAMAGES. (PKKSS ASSOCIATION.) Oamaru, December 9. Messrs Stout aud Mundy, solicitors acting on behalf of Mr D. Genge, the father of the lad who died from the effects of the injuries said to have been inflicted by a bullet fired in a shooting gallery on the Show ground, have made a demand on the Nort|) Otago Agricultural and Pastoral Association and John Cocper, owner of the gallery, each for £3OO damages.
