Yon may use my name as a reference. Mr H. A. FdATMAN, Engineer, Opawn, writes —With extreme pleasure I testily to the extraordinary healing properties of Red Cross Ointment. In crossing the Madras street railway bridge at night Imissed my footing and fell at least 10 feet, receiving a severe wound on the temple, contusion on nose, badly blackened eyes, my temple and forehead swelled very much, there being a lump ever my eyes larger than a hen’s egg. After using Red Cross Ointment four deys, to my surprise and delight all traces of blackness disappeared, the swelling gone, and wounds healed.

One of the moßt uncomfortable and sometimes most difficult things to cure is a Corn, Medical men are seldom consulted in regard to them, and yet other ailments not half so painful and irritating receive the best rnedi cal skill. Corns have consequently always had the chemist’s attention, and poisonous compounds are sold under various naune-i as remedies. It s nothing more than might b expected, therefore, to bear that a Dunedin chemiat has discovered a most extraordinary non-poisonous remedy called Doxine. Corns have a groat affinity for it and readily absorb Doxine. The natural consequence is that a few hours after application the Corn can be removed with a finger nail. It is put up in packets at la Gd each. One special feature is that Doxine does not evaporate or spoil by keeping. It is now in the hands of Wholesale Drug Houses, who are supplying it to chemists as required, and, like * Red Cross Ointment,’ is sure to take the place of all other remedies of a like nature. Should your Chemist not Bupply it send postal no!e for Is Gd to the Inventor, PETER DUTTON, Chemist, Dunedin, when it will bo eeut by return mail, post paid.
