By Electric Telegraph—Copyiiight. RE-ORGANISATION. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Melbourne, April 22. The Cabinet has been re organised. Mr McLean becomes Chief Secretary and Minister for Lands ; Mr G. Turner, of St Kilda, Commissioner of Customs ; Mr Graham, Minister for Agriculture ; Mr A. R. Outtrim, Minister for Forests. Mr Frank Stewart, at prqsent a member of the Government without portfolio, has resigned on account of Mr Turner’s appointment.
