De Cobain, M.P. for Belfast East, is the other member accused of being concerned in a grave criminal offence. Both he and Captain Verney have made their escape. Captain Verney is accused of procuring femaleß for immoral purposes, while Mr De Cobain is accused of committing unnatural offences.
