RESULT OF THE CZAR’S SEVERITY. (per press association.) St. Petersburg, April 14. The mother of the Archduke Michael has committed suicide with a poniard. The cause is attributed to grief at the disgrace of her son, who was recently deprived by the Czar of all military ranks held by him in the Russian army, in consequence of his secret marriage with the daughter of the Duke of Nassau.
