[By Telegraph.] (FROM OUR OWN, CORRESPONDENT.) , ;■' Carterton, October 20. The Wairarapa and East. Coast Pastoral So. ciety held a meeting ,at Carterton this morning, and the number of entries received is indicative of the show on the Ist November bringing out a large number of exhibitors. > A special train has been arranged to run from Maaterton to Carterton, and tho Committee are in hopes that Saturday return fares will be granted by the railway authorities for that day to enable Wellington people to visit the show.
