ANOTHER TOTALISATOR DIFFICULTY.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, April 20; A novel lawsuit is on the tapis. Some weeks age a race meeting was held at Onehunga under the auspices of the Auckland Royal Dragoons. The proprietor of a totalisator obtained |the right of working the machine during the meeting for £3O, but the police prevented its use. Now Adams and Perry are suing the cavalry for the money.
