The Directors of the New Zealand W*odware Factories Company have resolved voluntarily to liquidate the affairs of the Company. This has became necessary from the great depreciation that some of the Company’s assets have suffered during the last three years, and y the Tosses made in branches since closed ( up. ■ AU creditors will be paid in full as soon as accounts are presented. ‘ It is trusted that by careful liquidation something will , be left for the shareholders, and nothing that will occur to prevent the continuance of the factories -and business generally.
