NOTICE is hereby given, that the Half Yearly General Meeting of the Proprietors of the New Zealand Banking Company, will be ' held at the Bank House, Kororarika, on Monday, the 31st day of January, Inst,, at 12 o’clock, precisely, for the purpose of receiving the Directors Report and declaring a dividend, &c. Also to Elect a Director in the room of Dr. Pollen, resigned.
