Reports on hospital visiting were given by Mrs N. Russell. Mrs A. AsL':y, Mrs R. S. Judson and Miss E. Smythe at a well-attended monthly meeting of the Auckland branch of the Women's Division of the Farmers' Union. Miss E. L. Dodd presided. The chief feature of the afternoon was an address given by Mrs G. M. Brady on the opportunities awaiting people who settled on Great Barrier Island. Vocal items were given by Sirs 0. J. Harris, and a competition was won by Miss Smythe.
