All ducks are of same breeding as 4 ducks which were in 1930 egg-laying competition and laid 1293 eggs in 50 weeks thus aver, over 323 eggs for each individual duck—although 1 of team was injured and put out of action for the last 4 weeks of contest. This record has not sinre been beaten. No better strain of K.C. in N.Z., and duck farmers especially would be wise in attending this sale and securing a breeding pen for next season.
