The term for which the said Loan or any part thereof may be raised shall not exceed ten (10) years. 2. The security of the said Loan by way Of principal and interest shall be secured by B special Rate of point nought four of a penny in the notind upon the Rateable Capital Value of all Rateable Property in the Barongh of Manurewa, and that such Special Rate be an annual-recurring rate for the said period of ten years. 5. No amount payable as either interest or •inking fund in respect of the said Loan ■hall be paid out of loan moneys. G. The payment of interest and repayment of principal in respect of the said Loan ihall be made in New Zealand. 7. The rate payable for brokerage, underWriting and procuration fees in respect of the raising of the said Loan or any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed onealf per centum of any amount raised.
