The Factory Controller has issued the above-named Notice, gazetted Dec. 2, 1943, in force nest day, directing with respect to industrial sewing machines and steam clothing presses that: . . (a) Subject to the provisions of clause (b) hereof, no person shall sell, hire or otherwise dispose of any of them, whether new or used-, without the prior written consent of the Factory .Controller.
