JOSEPH HARPER The death has occurred of Mr. Joseph Harper, a pioneer farmer of the Pakiri district, who was born at Waiku- > mete 88 years ago. Attwood, who, died two years ago, was engaged in fruit fanning. Mrs. Attwood is survived by a son and three daughters. MR. F. H. PERROTT (0.C.) MORRINSVILLE, Sunday The death has occurred of Mr. Frank • Henry Perrott, at Morrinsville. Mr. Perrott was born in England 88 years';, ago, and came to New Zealand at the age of eight. About 1908 he took up farm land at Waitoa. He came to live in Morrinsville about eight years ago. He is survived by three daughters. MR. P. B. BROAD (P.A.) WELLINGTON. Sunday The death has occurred of Mr. Philip ' Benedict Broad, aged 53. He was Crown Solicitor for many years, and was a member of the management committee of the Wellington Cricket Association. 2 and chairman from 1928 to 1936. He was also prominent in dramatic circles. - He is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter. DUTCH FESTIVAL A function to celebrate St. Nicholas' Night, one of the oldest traditional Dutch functions, will be held in the Y.W.C.A. to-night.
